Tim Holtz – Spooky Halloween card
Hi guys!! Today I am sharing one of my all time favorite Halloween card. I absolutely LOVE the end result. I used the monster reunion stamp set from Stampers Anonymous. I absolutely love this kind of artwork, and it makes me go out of my comfort zone since I am used to have cute critters on my cards. For this project, I started by cutting a watercolor cardstock panel 4 1/4 by 5 1/2. I used Canson XL watercolor cardstock. After that, I used hickory smoke, black soot and cracked pistachio in distress oxide sprays to add color to my panel. As always, I spray a first time all of…

Honey Bee Stamps – Lilies for a birthday
Hi guys! Today I am sharing a card using the Lovely layers easter lily dies from Honey bee stamps. I fell in love with their flower dies that you can stack up together after watching Amy (prairie paper and ink) using them on her youtube channel. She uses a lot of die cut pieces and distress oxides and I wanted to try this technique today. It was a LOT of fun making this card, and I will make more of them in the future, playing with inks and being carefree with the results is really fun. For this card, I started by die cutting all of the pieces of the…

Trinity Stamps – Best place to be
Hi guys! Today I am sharing a card with the cute gnomes from Trinity Stamps Best place to be stamp set. As I’ve already said, I love gnomes, and I think that this is one of my favorite, they are just so adorable! I wanted to make a little scene with these gnomes, so a slimline card was perfect for that. I make my slimline cards to be 8 1/2 by 3 1/2. I started by stamping the images on Strathmore marker paper with memento tuxedo black ink. For the copics I used: For the boy: B05; BG05; BG01; C2; C1; C0; YG09; G02; YG41; N2; N5; N7; E000; E02;…

Simon Says Stamps – No line watercolour of spring birds
Hi guys, today I am sharing a card that took me a while to make, but I am in love with the results. After watching a lot of Debby Hughes videos, I wanted to try no line water coloring. I tried a while ago, but never really like the results, but when I received these birds, I thought it would fun to try with this stamp set. For no line colouring, I used distress ink antique linen and I stamped the birds and the branches from SSS Spring birds stamp set on Canson XL watercolour paper. I die cut, with the same paper the bitty birdhouse from SSS. For the watercolour,…

My Favorite Things – A card for a lover of campfires
Hi guys, today I’m sharing a card featuring My favorite things-Happy Campers stamp set. I made this card for the birthday of someone who love the outdoors and making campfires ALL the time. I was heavily inspired by Rachel. I loved how she colored the critters. I’ve never colored critters like that with my copics, and for me it was a challenge I wanted to take. I used: C01; C02 ; C05 for the bunny W1 ; W3 ; W5 for the mouse. Y17 ; YR04 ; YR09 ; E08 For the light on the critters I used a combination of Y11 and Y08. I made sure to keep the…
