• Trinity Stamps – Best place to be

Hi guys! Today I am sharing a card with the cute gnomes from Trinity Stamps Best place to be stamp set. As I’ve already said, I love gnomes, and I think that this is one of my favorite, they are just so adorable! I wanted to make a little scene with these gnomes, so a slimline card was perfect for that. I make my slimline cards to be 8 1/2 by 3 1/2.  I started by stamping the images on Strathmore marker paper with memento tuxedo black ink. For the copics I used:  For the boy: B05; BG05; BG01; C2; C1; C0; YG09; G02; YG41; N2; N5; N7; E000; E02;…

  • MFT – Bears and Bees

Hi guys! Today I am sharing another card using the We Beelong stamp set from MFT . I wanted to make a card for someone who just had a baby and I thought that the bears where the perfect match.  I started my card by die cutting a panel with the Stitched rectangles stacklets die from TE  from Bristol smooth cardstock . This cardstock is fabulous for ink blending. Then I used Antique Linen distress oxide to ink blend my background. After that I die cut brown cardstock and the panel with the hexagons pops die. Since I don’t own any gold cardstock, I embossed a sheet of paper with my gold…

  • My Favorite Things – We Beelong

Hi guys, today I am sharing a cute card with one of my new stamp set from My Favorite Things We beelong. I am obsessed with these bears, they are so cute! I love fishing, one of the best things to do in the summer, and this little bear with is fishing rod stole my heart. This card was inspired a lot by mariekeslaats on Instagram (she makes a lot of really beautiful cards, go check her out).  I made a mini slimline card, because recently I am obsessed with them! The dimension here is 3 1/4 and 6 1/4.  I started this card by using Wild Honey distress oxide…

  • Purple Onion Designs – A happy little place

Hi guys! So today I am sharing my first card made with Purple onion designs. I fell completely in love with their new release from the designer Stacey Yacula. I wanted to make a special card for one of my best friend for her birthday, and since she loves to read, the bookstore was perfect for her.  I started this card by stamping the bookstore, the countryside and the stone wall from the “A happy little place” from Stacey Yacula. They are unmounted red rubber stamps, so I used a clear mounting stamp 4×6 to stamp these stamps with my Tim holts stamping platform. I also added this little bunny from…

  • MFT – High-Flying Adventure

Hi guys, today I am sharing a card with the stamp set high-flying adventure from My favorite things. I was asked to make a card for someone who liked to go on trips and thought that this set was perfect. I have had a hard time creating lately, but this card is turned out pretty nice.  Since the inspiration was Santorini, because the receiver love this place, I wanted to use colors that made it feel like the planes are in Greece. For the stamps, I colored them with copic markers: For the orange/reddish plane: E02; R02; R14; C1; C2 For the blue plane: B00; B12; B14 ; C1; C2…

  • Simon Says Stamp – Thank you card

Hi guys! It has been a week since I posted a post, but here I am. I had a lot of work and family things to do that I didn’t have time to upload. So, today I am sharing another card with this AMAZING spring birds stamp set from Simon Says Stamp. I made a LOT of cards with it already, and I still have plans for a lot more. So, I started this card with stamping and coloring the bird and the branch. I stamped with memento tuxedo black ink, which is a copic ink friendly ink. For the copics I used: For the bird: E31 ; E51 ;…

  • Simon Says Stamp – Flowers for Mother’s Day

Hi guys, so today I am sharing a mother’s day card. I stamped the floral mix background from SSS on a panel of Strathmore Marker paper. I cut the paper with a rectangle from Hero Arts nesting rectangle infinity die . I use memento tuxedo black ink to stamp my background, since it’s copic friendly ink.  I then used some copic markers to colour this panel. I used R02 ; R14 ; R24 for the rose, BG000; BG10 ; BG11 for the blue flower and Y11 ; Y06 ; Y17 for the sunflower. For the leaves I used YG03 ; YG17 ; YG67. I used B99 for the background because I…

  • My Favorite Things – Adorable Adventurers

Hi guys! Another cards with a stamp set from My Favorite Things. I finally got my hands on this set, and I must say that it’s one of my favorite. I am starting to make more scene cards, and I must say, I am having a blast.  I colored all the images and die cut them with the matching dies. I find it easier to stamp all of the images, and color them before trying to make a scene. It’s easier to play with the images on the card after they have a little color on them.  It took me a lot time, but in the end, it was worth…

  • My Favorite Things – A card for a lover of campfires

Hi guys, today I’m sharing a card featuring  My favorite things-Happy Campers stamp set. I made this card for the birthday of someone who love the outdoors and making campfires ALL the time. I was heavily inspired by Rachel. I loved how she colored the critters.  I’ve never colored critters like that with my copics, and for me it was a challenge I wanted to take.  I used:  C01; C02 ; C05 for the bunny W1 ; W3 ; W5 for the mouse. Y17 ; YR04 ; YR09 ; E08 For the light on the critters I used a combination of Y11 and Y08.  I made sure to keep the…
